The following regions elected a Regional Representative this year:

2008 Regions

57% of all active BJCP members live within these four regions.

Our electronic voting booth was open during the entire month of April.

The winners in this year's elections were:

Mid-Atlantic: Gordon Strong was reelected with 83% of the vote.
Voter turnout was 45% of the region's active members.

Midwest: Joe Formanek was reelected with 82% of the vote.
Voter turnout was 30% of the region's active members.

South: Phil Farrell was elected with 61% of the vote.
Voter turnout was 34% of the region's active members.

West: Jamil Zainasheff was elected with 57% of the vote.
Voter turnout was 42% of the region's active members.

The next regional elections will be held in 2010 for the other three regions.
